- This board was developed for our OEM customer and is used to convert an analog load cell to a digital load cell.
- The small size of the board (~ 3cm diameter) is chosen so to fit inside analog load cell slots.
- The digitizer board uses a highly accurate 24-bit Sigma delta ADC. With precision signal conditioning components used along the signal chain, we ensure high accuracy of measurements.
- Custom protocol (with CRC checks) for communication with digital indicator.
- Half Duplex RS485 communication ESD protection.
- Digital boards with multiple instances of 4, 6 or 8 digitizer boards developed to build junction boxes that can readily convert existing analog load cell installations to digital technology.
- Novel development approach ensured that our customer was able to program and test multiple board simultaneously prior to assembly inside the digital load cells.
