- Accurate positioning of a vehicle on the static weighbridge is extremely critical for weighing accuracy. Our Vehicle Positioning System (VPS) equipped with interfaces to drive audio/visual devices helps in achieving accurate weighing.
- The VPS system interfaces to light curtains and determines whether the truck is positioned correctly for accurate weighing. The system is also equipped to drive lamps, hooter/alarms units and boom barrier devices. These features could be used to provide an audio and/or visual aids for enabling the truck driver in completing weighing operation efficiently.
- VPS communicates with upstream weighbridge software with either Ethernet (RJ45) or Serial (RS232) communication protocols. The serial communication interface is an optional feature and can be made available on request.
- VPS is designed with reverse polarity and over voltage protection. The system includes power led and on-board LEDs for sensor status. The system operations with 24V DC power supply (EAPL (MS-03) [DC24V, 5A])
